SINGAPORE SPORTS HUB UNVEILS SPORTS HUB TIX: A DEDICATED ONE-STOP TICKETING SERVICE FOR ALL ITS FACILITIES

August 23, 2013, EXTON, PA – SportsHub Pte. Ltd., in a partnership with New Era Tickets, today announced Sports Hub Tix as its new innovative ticketing system. Powered by a worldwide leader in ticketing and marketing technology software, Paciolan, New Era Tickets' one-stop solution is designed for the sole purpose of serving the ticketing needs of Singapore Sports Hub venues, including the National Stadium, Singapore Indoor Stadium,  Aquatic Centre, Waterfront, and Sports Halls. 

Sports Hub Tix will officially go ‘live’ on 1 October 2013 and will offer an enhanced user experience that is more interactive, intuitive and integrated than what is currently available in Singapore.

The interactive Sports Hub Tix experience will allow users to see the actual view from the section before making an informed purchase; print their tickets at home or have them delivered to their smart phone. The system can also be set to allow tickets to be forwarded to others if they are unable to make the event or simply want to share their tickets. To further improve the customer experience, patrons can purchase parking, merchandise and concession items together with their tickets for a truly integrated shopping experience. 

Managed by Global Spectrum, a worldwide leader in operating sports and entertainment venues around the world, The Sports Hub is designed to be a state-of-the-art sports, entertainment and lifestyle destination that utilizes technologies to enhance customer satisfaction. For example, multi-functional tickets will now be scanned instead of torn before entering a venue among other time-saving benefits. This partnership with New Era Tickets involves an integrated back-end technology infrastructure which enables the Sports Hub to deliver a unique and memorable experience to all of its customers.
