Steve Geib - VP of Operations

A veteran of the sports and entertainment technology marketplace, Steve oversees all ongoing work with FanOne clients from discovery and deployment, to support and maintenance. His broad experience covers a wide range of technologies: from ticketing and venue access-control systems to website development and digital marketing projects. Steve has worked for some of the most innovative and well-known companies in the marketplace including, Select Technologies, as well as a number of individual concert and entertainment venues nationwide.

Joe Dawkins - Director of Finance

Joe is a longstanding member of the New Era team. Starting as an Accounting Clerk in 2003, Joe has worked to become the Director of Finance. In this position assists the senior management in all finance related projects and manages the rest of the finance department in accounting procedures. He oversees fraud management processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition, Joe prepares financial information for New Era’s parent company, Comcast-Spectacor. Previous to New Era Tickets, Joe was the Assistant Director of Finance at the Wilmington Blue Rocks and Operations Assistant for ESPN Event Creation and Management at the 2001 and 2002 X Games.


Ron Friedman - Director of IT

Ron Friedman works with New Era Tickets as the Director of IT. He has been with the company for over four years and brings over 20 years of IT experience to New Era Tickets. He is responsible for all systems technology, from client Venue connectivity and access control to internal network integration and support for New Era Tickets staff. Ron’s prior experience and positions include Director of IT for Vertical Alliance, a ticketing-Technology Company, where he was responsible for all network and ISP co-location infrastructure. He also served as the Owner and Vice president of a computer consulting company based in Media, Pennsylvania, supporting over 300 small business clients and as the Manager of IT support for a start-up small business, overseeing 10 technicians providing network support for multiple clients in the Delaware Valley.


Pamela Nealman - Director of Contact Center

Pamela oversees all aspects of operations in the Contact Center. She is dedicated to ensuring that all client calls and customer orders are handled exactly the same, with the highest level of service and attention to detail. Pamela is continuously implementing new contact center procedures for maximizing client ticket sales and identifying other unique selling opportunities. Pamela began her career with New Era Tickets overseeing Customer Service and transformed the standard of excellence as she moved into the role of Contact Center Manager, where she has highlighted her 10+ years of Management experience.


Jenna Fitch - Director of Events and Installations

Jenna has been with New Era Tickets for over 5 years. She is responsible for supporting clients with training, installations, and day-to-day support regarding all aspects of New Era Ticket’s technology. As the Event Manager, Jenna is called upon to coordinate and manage all large events where New Era Tickets serves as acting box office. Jenna is very involved in the initial set-up of the event, management of sales channels, maintaining constant contact with the event’s promoter throughout planning, and venue management on show day. In addition to events management, Jenna is also an integral part of establishing and maintaining ticket auctions, and the secondary marketing, for many of New Era’s clients. Prior to joining the New Era Tickets, Jenna was a Group and Seasons Sales Representative with the Philadelphia Phillies.


Jim Clay - Director of Corporate Training

Jim has been with the organization since February of 2004, and is responsible for managing all internal training and external client training initiatives. He provides strategic direction and daily tactical support to clients on all aspects of the organization’s software platforms, Neolane and Paciolan. Jim ensures all clients gain comfort and proficiency with New Era Ticket’s technology. Jim’s expertise and extensive knowledge of the organization’s systems and solutions have led to many close relationships with box office and marketing managers.


Michael Glass - Director of Web Development

Mike provides web design support and technical recommendations to the FanOne team on advanced digital marketing initiatives by combining knowledge of both aesthetic design and database-driven content. Mike currently delivers customized solutions for emails, PURLs, web forms and custom website integrations. Previous experience includes various technical roles at Mars, Inc., with a focus on providing comprehensive software incident, change, and problem resolution processes for a global data warehouse application.


Andrea Raymond - West Coast Field Manager

Andrea is the West Coast Field Manager for New Era Tickets. She joined the company in February 2006 and is the main contact for the Portland region, overseeing all client support needs, training needs, and is the liaison with our outlet partner. Andrea has been in the ticketing industry for 18 years. Prior to joining New Era Tickets, Andrea was Box Office Manager for the Portland Winter Hawks, Box Office Supervisor for the Rose Quarter, and Senior Client Support Representative for Ticketmaster in their Portland office.
